At Nature Nibble, your satisfaction is very important to us. We take great care in packing and shipping our products so they reach you in perfect condition. Since our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged in transit or has a quality issue, we are happy to offer a free replacement.

How to request a replacement

Once the issue is validated, your replacement order will be processed promptly at no extra cost.

  • Any queries or concerns reported after 7 days from delivery will not be eligible for replacement.
